The Superconductor Q RCA interconnect. JPS always builds upon our previous designs, and the new 'Q' is proof of our never ending quest to be at the top of our art. Borrowing pieces of our design engineering from our very expensive Aluminata Series and latest drawing of Alumiloy conductors, the new Q can do music like no other in it's price range. A hallmark of all JPS products is in rejecting all forms of noise (including hum, radio frequency and electromagnetic interference) even in long lengths. Combining with newly designed micro-thin insulators allows for effortless low level detail and clarity with near perfect balance from the lowest lows on up.

The new Superconductor 3 maintains proper timbre and timing across the frequency spectrum, keeping true to deep dynamic bass, clean yet full midrange and vocals, and clear highs without noise, edge, or brightness. Sound flows through these cables effortlessly. The Superconductor 3 reveals a tremendous amount of subtle detail throughout the audible range. Similar to the analogy of cleaning a dirty window to better reveal what’s on the other side, these cables allow for a stunning level of clarity and balance to music. This dramatic improvement in full spectrum resolution makes recorded music more listenable as the system itself simply exemplifies the source rather than shifting tonality in unpredictable ways throughout the amplified system chain.
And of course we didn’t forget the shielding, only this time we’ve added some flex. A new shield topology custom designed like only JPS can, rejecting all forms of noise, hum, and hiss from external and inherent sources to the highest degree of any audio cable design on the planet (bettered only by our Aluminata Series).

Aluminata Reference Interconnects - In order for interconnects to transfer low level signals without adding distortion or noise, they must not only be made with the finest conductor materials and insulations, but also be able to deal with ground loops not only at 50 and 60 Hz but all the way up into the many hundreds of megahertz (MHz) and beyond. This random additional noise causes contamination of the signal, adding harshness and masking low level detail. EMI (electromagnetic interference) from nearby AC wiring, dielectric absorption, capacitive loading, you name it, the interconnects are where it all goes wrong within a system.
Aluminata interconnects address these issues and then some, offering the highest degree of noise and hum immunity with perfectly tuned clarity of sound. A quad lay of a newly designed and specially annealed solid core Alumiloy conductors (the equivalent of two 12 AWG/3.31 mm2 conductors for negligible resistance even in longer lengths), each conductor individually insulated with very expensive medical grade Kapton to exacting standards of thickness and purity, blanketed by smaller version of the Particle Aluminum Shield with its inherent noise absorption and ultra low impedance, Aluminata interconnects set the stage for a JPS wired system of impeccable quality of sound sure to give you goose bumps and an occasional tear for years to come, and complete the loop from source to ear like only JPS can.

Our Minimized Dielectric Technology (MDT) allows our cables to offer unparalleled performance by allowing our unique alloys to perform without the normal sound absorbing mass of insulation found in all other cables. This technology also allows the UltraConductors to be not only very flexible, but also to be made as small as possible for ease of concealment. Most importantly though, these cables can perform like no other in VERY long runs without the usual and typically serious sonic degradation, and will sound as good with 40 FT (12 meter) runs of speaker cable as they do in 10 FT ( 3 meter) lengths.

Any digital audio component will respond with a more dynamic bass response, smoother and more palpable midrange and vocals with less digital grunge or edge, longer string decay into space, and crystal clear highs.
