Local Sales Taxes
All orders within California will be subjected to 7.75% Sales tax.
Electronic Waste Recycling Fee
Beginning January 1, 2005, we are required by State Law to collect the fee on the retail sale or lease of a new or refurbished video display device that has a screen size of more than 4 inches measured diagonally. These are called "covered electronic devices" (CEDs). They include:
Televisions that contain cathode ray tubes.
Computer monitors that contain cathode ray tubes or use liquid crystal displays.
Laptop computers.
"Bare" cathode ray tubes or any other product that contains a cathode ray tube.

Foreign Taxes
International Customers are responsible for any duty and/or import and other taxes imposed from their country.
Returns

New Merchandise. If new merchandise is found to be defective due to manufacturer defects within the first 30 days of ownership, Audiomax-Ltd will make effort to exchange it with new unit, subject to the manufacturer's policy (repair or replace). No return is allowed without a prior Return Authorization number from us. All new merchandise return will be subjected to a Restocking Fee anywhere between %5 to %20 depending on the condition of the merchandise.

Note: Close-out and Special Order items cannot be returned.

Demonstration Merchandise. Demo merchandise will be repaired if reported defective within the remaining manufacturer's warranty timeframe. No refund or exchange. Trade up to new product may be arranged between Audiomax-Ltd and Customer.

Used Merchandise. All sales of used merchandises are final unless otherwise noted on our website with either a manufacturer warranty or our 30-day warranty. No refunds or exchange. Trade up to new product may be arranged between Audiomax-Ltd and Customer

Shipping Policy

Please allow us up to 24 hrs to process Domestic order and 72 hrs for International orders. We ship most orders within 72 hours. Customers will be notified within 24hrs when their order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, Audiomax-Ltd is not responsible for any delay in transit as our best estimated arrival time of your order depends on the shipping company's estimate.
